Thunderealm Island: Patch in advance of Sunbrush Grove

The Feb 6th (Waitangi) patch includes some balance fixes to abilities.

Ad Hominem now creates an ‘aura of confidence’ that absorbs a single point of incoming damage, instead of granting the target an additional hit-point.
Filibluster now has a maximum range.
Hunter’s Insight now increases the base damage of the attack it applies to by +2, instead of just setting it to 3.
Empty Palm now has a clearer toolip. No functional change.
